Welcome to HangFiveT (hangfive.us). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is collected at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system. We accept major credit cards and accelerated checkout options (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Your order is confirmed by email once payment is processed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order - for example, in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

2. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery to US addresses takes 5-14 business days from ship date. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs, but we will always help you locate a delayed package - email us with your order number.

3. Returns and refunds

We offer a 60-day return policy. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, email us within 60 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items should be unused and in original condition for a full refund; if your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll replace or refund it - no return shipment required. 4. Product information

We work to describe and photograph products accurately. Minor variations in color or finish can occur between screens and the physical product. Weight capacities and dimensions listed are based on supplier specifications and our own testing.

5. Pricing and promotions

Multi-pack discounts and promotional prices apply only while displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site - text, images, video, and branding - belongs to HangFiveT and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HangFiveT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
